Please avoid cell phone use during sessions to prevent distractions. Lost time cannot be compensated, and extensions will require an additional fee.

Cell phone photography or videography of studio setups is strictly prohibited. No worries, you will get professionally edited photos!

1. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your session to ensure everything runs on schedule.

2. Come dressed and ready for your session. We have on-site changing areas for those that purchased additional wardrobe changes or if your appointment includes a wardrobe change.

3. Maximum of 6 participants per in-studio session. Please inform us in advance if your group exceeds this limit.

4. Do not move or rearrange any props or decorations. If you’d like adjustments, ask us for assistance.

5. Mini sessions are 15-20 minutes long and full sessions are 45-60 minutes long. To respect other clients' time, sessions cannot be extended at the actual booking if there are other sessions following your appointment. In that case you must re-book another session. If there are no other sessions booked after your appointment, we will be more than happy to accomodate for an extention. Extentions must be paid right after we are done with taking photos.

6. Children must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety and maintain the integrity of the setups and equipment.

7. All appointments require a 50% down payment which will go towards the full amount. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the appointment. Read more about our cancelation policy here.

8. Edited photos will be delivered within 10 business days via online gallery, Dropbox link, or both! You will receive proofs within that time frame and will be able to choose which photos you want. Sometimes editing may take longer but just know that I am working very hard to get you those photos asap!

9. Well-behaved pets are welcome too! Pets must be on a leash and you must provide your own water bowl, treats, toys, clean up etc.
